Event Site Camping Rules

Cook stoves, propane fire pits and BBQs must be 12 inches (30 cm) off the ground at all times.  You must have a fire extinguisher at your campsite if you are using a cook stove, BBQ or propane fire pit.

*ABSOLUTELY NO WOOD FIRE PITS OR CHARCOAL COOKING DEVICES.*

Pets are allowed but must be on a leash at all times. It is the owner's responsibility to clean up after their pet so remember to bring your own "poo" bags.

Failure to keep a clean campsite WILL result in eviction from grounds. No household furniture permitted.

Climbing on any structures, trees, RV's (with the exception of repairs), fences, etc., may lead to eviction from grounds.

Campsite "quiet" times are from 10 pm to 7 am.  Generators must be shut down during quiet hours and if leaving the event site.  Please do not leave your generator running all day if out for a ride.

Campsites must be left clean and vacated by 1:00 pm the day after the event (Monday, September 14, 2026).

Campers who do not demonstrate care for self, others or the environment WILL be told to leave the campground and will have their camping passes revoked without a refund. Camping at the event site is a privilege. Dangerous or obnoxious behavior will NOT be tolerated.

COMMERCIAL ACCOMMODATIONS

There are numerous hotels, motels, B&Bs and resort cabins in the local area.  We are working with local government officials to hopefully have authorization to ride ATVs/Side-by-Sides on designated roads in 100 Mile House.   If approved, this will give you the option of riding your machines directly to the event site from your hotel.

Participants staying in commercial accommodations are reminded that they must still register for the event, purchase an event trail pass decal, and check-in at the event site prior to their first trail ride.

LOCAL RESIDENTS

Any participating local residents or friends of local residents who elect to stay at a private residence are reminded that they must still register for the event, purchase an event trail pass decal, and check-in at the event site prior to their first trail ride.
